Use a durable idempotency store, real sanctions provider, governed evidence signer, checkpoint backend, and approval verifier in production. NoopSanctionScreener and in-memory stores are development defaults only.

The package also includes transfer, balance, escrow, and x402 tools; Filecoin evidence storage; portal telemetry; composable policy rules; and a red-team suite for replay, confused-deputy, prompt-injection, cap-bypass, and approval attacks.
